What You May Experience
Qi Gong is a slow, intentional movement practice that supports the body’s natural healing rhythms. Participants often notice:
- A calmer, clearer mind
- Improved balance and flexibility
- Reduced stress and tension
- Greater emotional steadiness
- Renewed physical energy
- A deeper sense of connection and grounding
With consistent practice, Qi Gong helps cultivate and restore the smooth flow of Qi — the same vital energy supported in acupuncture treatments.
What You’ll Learn
Over five weeks, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a complete foundational Qi Gong practice drawn from Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong, a tradition centered on cultivating balance, compassion, and steady vitality.
A Complete 10-Movement Healing Form
You’ll learn a flowing sequence of gentle movements designed to support circulation, balance the body’s energy, and promote physical ease. Each week builds progressively so you leave with a practice you can continue on your own.
The Six Healing Sounds
These traditional vocalizations are used to support the internal organs and encourage emotional release and regulation. They are simple to learn and deeply calming in practice.
Guided Meditation & Wuji Practice
Each session includes quiet, centering time to integrate movement with stillness — supporting nervous system regulation, clarity, and inner steadiness.
By the end of the series, you will have a complete, repeatable practice that you can return to anytime to restore balance and renew your energy.
